Tammy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and has been with the Sachse Family Eye Clinic for over a year. She is a quick learner, with a keen eye for detail and thoroughness. She has accomplished full knowledge of her duties as a patient care specialist in a little more than a year and has demonstrated her excellent ability in managing the clinic. She is in charge of contact lenses, ensures that the clinic functions to the fullest capacity in every way big or small. As our chief patient care specialist, all patients, whether big or small, challenging or simple, she is our go to person for complete care and efficient examination process. She functions to assist our doctors from beginning of the exam to the check out process. She also trains and educate our new employees and patient care specialists on new insurance applications and benefits.
She hopes to continue in the path of patient care as her future endeavors. We are proud to be a source of her experiences and to foster her growth in the healthcare team. Call Tammy if you are concerned about any testing procedures or any process of the exam that you are unsure of.
She is also fluent in Vietnamese for patients that can not communicate efficiently in English.

Emmanuel comes to the Sachse Family Eye Clinic with over 5 years of optical experience. He is in the process of obtaining his ABO certification in Opticianry. Emmanuel is a wealth of information in optical and in style. His knowledge of optical products and services is superior, but what makes Emmanuel a wonderful optician is his compassionate, empathetic and calm demeaner. He is always respectful, courteous, and geniune in his quest to provide the best in care and product to his patients! He understands that the right lens and treatments can make the world a much brighter and clearer place for those wearing them.
It is true that healthy eyes are important, and the right prescription is ever more important, but more than that, the right lens in optical innovation and technology can improve vision beyond compare. He is always available for questions or consults on the type of lens that would be right for you. Even if you are not a patient of the Sachse Family Eye Clinic, he is versed in being able to provide the best direction in your eyewear needs. Emmanual currently manages the daily operations of our full service finishing optical lab. He edges and mounts eyeglasses as well as order any specialty lenses that are needed to be custom fitted. Emmanuel is bilingual; he speaks English and Spanish.
