All examination procedures are performed by trained technicians and assistants who aid the doctor and you, the patient, throughout the entire examination. We also document all examination results and testing through a computerize management software that allows us easy access to your examination findings. | Routine Vision Services | Routine Vision Exam to determine refractive error and related vision concerns (This includes a refraction) This does not cover any medical evaluation or related medical concerns. To obtain a prescription for eye glasses. | For those who are nearsighted, far sight and have no health problems, allergies, or dryness of the eyes. |
| Contact Lens Services | Evaluation and assesment for contact lenses, various levels of care depending on type of contact lens requirement. This charge is in addition to the Routine Vision Services or Comprehensive Eye Exam plus Refraction. | For those who prefer to correct their nearsightedness, far sightedness, astigmatism, or presbyopia with contact lenses along glasses. |
| Speciality Contact Lens Services | Hard to fit, hard lenses, contact lenses after surgery, piggy back contact lenses, aphakia, contact lenses to treat medical conditions such as Keratoconus. Varies according to level of customization. | Those patients who have had surgery, or other eye related problems that have not had success with conventional contact lens prescriptions. |
| Primary Eye Care | Comprehensive Eye Examinations not including Refraction. (Evaluate or Diabetes, Hypercholesteremia, Hypertension, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, Cataracts, etc...) | Those that have other health problems. This is an annual or semi annual exam that evaluates Diabetes, Glaucoma, Hypertension, Macular degeneration, cataracts,etc... |
| Refraction | Testing procedure to determine the refractive error. | Recommended to be done at the time of the comprehensive eye exam. Some insurances cover this, some will not. In which case the refraction fee will be due at the time of service. |
| Emergency Office Visit | Emergent problems, we will always accomodate circumstances of emergencies | Any emergent problem; Bleeding of the eye, seeing blood, eye pain, flashing lights, floaters, trauma to the eyes, etc...If unsure call our office we can help. |
| Office Visits/ Consults | Red Eyes, Eye infection, Concerns of the eyes or are just looking for a second opinion. Varies according to services rendered. | Infections, dull ache, glare, not sure what is going on in the eye, etc.. |
| Visual Field Testing | Computerize Testing of visual field and depth of field. | Recommended to patients with family history or history of Glaucoma, Macular degeneration, diabetes, strokes, headaches.or other pertinent visual disturbances. |

| Digital Retinal Photography | Digital photograph of the inside of your eyes, capturing your retina, blood vessels, optic nerve and macula. | Recommended for patients with history of Diabetes, High blood pressure, Glaucoma, Macular degeneration, Melanoma or another anomalies of the retina. Or any patient with pertinent concerns. |
| Chemical / Mechanical Burns | Treatment and management of Acidic/ Basic/ Mechanical/ Thermal / Radiation Burns. | Chemical such as acid, bleach, peroxide, detergent in the eye should not be ignored. Rinse immediately with cool water and call our office immediately. Treatment should be immediate. |
| Emergency Contact Lenses | For our patients only who have a valid prescription. Two times per year we are able to provide patients with spare pairs of contact lenses for those emergencies or for contact lenses loss or torn unexpectedly. | For a convenience and handling fee. | Emergency Eyeglasses | Optical Lab onsite, can make your glasses while you wait or on the same day. | for those times when you can't wait for eyeglasses or need to travel out of town in a hurry. |
