INSURANCES WE ACCEPT

This is a list the the most common vision plans and insurances we accept. It is not complete, if your insurance is not listed, call our office and we can find out your benefits for you. Our plans and insurance panels change regularly. Call and ask for Cynthia or Kristi, they can answer any questions regarding your insurance benefits.

Vision Plans

List of vision plans we are providers for: if you do not see yours on the list call our office for other details. Vision Service Plan (VSP), Superior Vision, EyeMed Visioncare, Humana Vision Care, Spectera or Optimum Vision Care, Avesis, NVA.

Medical Insurances

This is a list of medical insurances panels we are providers for, it is not inclusive, there may be others that are not listed. This list changes on a regular basis, please call our office if you do not see your insurance listed. AETNA, BCBSTX (BLUE CROSS BLUESHIELD OF TX), CIGNA, HUMANA, PACIFICARE, PHCS, MEDICARE, TRICARE. We are in the process of including Medicaid call ur office for details and when it becomes effective.
